Please take note of the following proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Leeds, Alabama and its official Zoning Map and the public hearing in consideration thereof.

Property: Property located in that portion of Leeds, Alabama located in Jefferson County at 1406 and 1410 Promotion Plaza with a Tax Parcel ID # of 25-16-3-15-1-RR-0.
AMENDMENT SYNOPSIS: Rezone the Property from I-1 (Light Industrial) to B-2 (General Business) for proposed use as a day care. The full text of the proposed zoning amendment was published in The Leeds News on March 25, 2010.
Public Hearing: A public hearing shall be held by the City Council of the City of Leeds, Alabama on April 19, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. at the Leeds Civic Center, 1000 Park Drive, Leeds, Alabama 35094, and all persons who desire shall have an opportunity of being heard in opposition to or in favor of such proposed amendment.
