Carla Patricia Blackwood Horsley, 57, of Cullman died Saturday, June 19, 2010.
Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Leeds. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 22 from 12:30 p.m. until the service time.
Mrs. Horsley was preceded in death by her mother, Hessie Launel Blackwood; her father, Carl Guthery Blackwood; and her brother, Noel Burnham Blackwood “Buddy.”
Survivors inclue: her daughter, Sirena Patrece DeArman (Butch); her sons: Jerry Greg Horsley (Julie), Jamey Brian Horsley (Anita); her brother, James Ronnie Blackwood (Ruby); her grandchildren: Andrew and James DeArman, Carl Rich, Joshua Horsley, and Colley McCombs, Kade and Jayda Horsley, David and Raylynee Swafford, Ashley and Alex Berryhill; her boyfriend, Larry Bonner; and the father of her children, Jerry Arthur Horsley.
