Martin Luther King Jr.

It is once again time for the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Unity Breakfast. The Unity Breakfast is a celebration and symbol of the unity that lives within the Leeds community. Last year, the breakfast had over 500 people in attendance and this year organizers are looking forward to everyone’s presence and financial support.

The Unity Breakfast will take place on Monday, January 18, 2010, at Barber Motorsports from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

The master of ceremony will be Leeds native, Mr. Rodney Garner, University of Georgia football assistant head coach, defensive line coach and recruiting coordinator.

With donations and continued support, the community will have another successful event.
