Farmers Insurance, MPD sponsoring Firearm Safety Course
Farmers Insurance Agency of Moody, the City of Moody and the Moody Police Department is sponsoring a FREE NRA Home Firearm Safety Course on Sept. 26 from 9AM to 1PM at the Moody City Hall. Space is limited to 20 and based on pre-registration. To register call (205)640-5028 or register on line at: http://www.nrainstructors.org/searchcourse.aspx put in 35004 in the zip code and select NRA Home Firearm Safety Course. The course goal is to teach the basic knowledge and skills and to explain the attitude necessary for safe handling and storage of guns in the home. NO LIVE AMMUNITION IS ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM. If you wish to bring your own firearm, please notify one of the instructors.
