Leeds-Moody Cooperative District to meet Sept. 9
NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of The Leeds-Moody Cooperative District (the "Board"), will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors at the Leeds Civic Center at 1000 Park Drive, Leeds, Alabama, at 4:00 p.m. on the 9th day of September, 2009, for the purposes of (i) authorizing and approving amendments to the Fourth Amended and Restated Development and Cooperative Agreement; (ii) authorizing and approving any related documents; and (iii) transacting such other business or taking such further action as might be conducted or taken at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors.
The meeting is open to the public and all interested persons are invited to attend.
