Cooperative District meeting July 13
NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of The Cooperative District of the City of Leeds-General (the “Board”), will hold a meeting at Leeds Civic Center Meeting Room, 1000 Park Avenue, Leeds, Alabama, at 9:00 AM on the 13th day of July, 2009, for the purposes of: (1) approving and authorizing the Fourth Amended and Restated Development and Cooperative Agreement; (2) approving and authorizing the Project Development, Funding and Cooperation Agreement for the Grand River Retail Center; and (3) transacting such other business or taking such further action as might be conducted or taken at a regular meeting of the Cooperative District.
The meeting is open to the public and all interested persons are invited to attend.
