Mr. and Mrs. Mark Sweatt of Inverness announce the engagement of their daughter, Keri Sweatt, to Josh Coker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Coker of Chelsea.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Sweatt of Leeds, Joyce Chandler of Florida and James Edwards of Birmingham.
She is a 2005 graduate of Oak Mountain High School and a 2009 graduate of Auburn University and is currently employed with the Shelby County School System.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Coker of Chelsea and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Waldrip of Trussville.
He is a 2003 graduate of Chelsea High School and a 2008 graduate of University of Alabama Tuscaloosa. He is employed with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama.
The wedding is planned for December 18, 2010 at the Sonnet House in Leeds.
