In one of the most famous scenes from the musical “Oliver!,” the lead character makes the mistake of asking for more food. Pictured are, from left, J.D. Blackmon as Mr. Bumble, J.D. Short and Jeremie Scott as paupers, and Gabe Baldone in the role of Oliver. The Leeds Arts Council will be bringing one of the most successful musicals of all time to downtown beginning Thursday, July 15, at the Leeds Arts Center. Shows will continue each weekend through July, including two Sunday matinees. For more cast photos, see page 8A.
