Students at Leeds Middle School participated in a poster contest for the Leeds Fire Department honoring Fire Prevention Week. A panel of judges at the Leeds Fire Department selected the winners and students were presented with certificates. The top three received gift cards as well. Pictured from bottom Leeds Fire Prevention educator Josh McDaniel, first place winner April Rutherford, Leeds Fire Department Lieutenant Chuck Parsons, second place winner Amber Moore, third place winner Aspen Snow, fourth place winner Kyla Caswell, fifth place winner Tiffany Newton, sixth place winner Brett Rich and Assistant Principal Steven Hunter.
